The High & Low range of aromatic solvents find application in Agrochemical, Ink & Resin, Paints & Coatins, Adhesives, Thinner & Printing Industry.

The Products manufactured at this division exhibit Low Odour, Good Drying & Steeing Power, Good Solvency and are Eco Friendly Solvents.

The advanced R&D Centre at Dahej is constantly focused on developing & implementing improvised processes & techniques to achieve high efficiencies of products & production capabilities. APl is a bulk producer of solvents such as aromatic solvents, aliphatic solvents, aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, specialty oil and typical industrial solvents.

a) HIGH AROMATIC SOLVENTS – AROSOLVE RANGE-H series

APL ’s High Aromatic Solvent range of products serve wide industrial applications like :

Paints and Coatings – Automotive and OEM, Industrial, Stoving, Coil and Metal Coatings, Enamels, Alkyds, Hammer tone, Low Odor finishes, Epoxies and Polyurethanes.

Inks – Screen, PVC, Reducers, Cleaning Solvents

Agrochemicals – Pesticides, Herbicides, Insecticides and environment friendly agrochemical formulations.

Specialty Chemicals – Oil Field Chemicals, Water Treatment Chemicals, Industrial Cleaning, Sealants, Process Oil, Additives, etc

b) MEDIUM AROMATIC SOLVENTS – AROSOLVE RANGE-M series

Medium Aromatic Solvents are high molecular low volatile solvents. These are excellent economical solvents for applications in Agrochemicals, PVC/Screen Inks, Roller Coatings, Specialty Chemicals, etc

These find special application in Agrochemicals where high flash, low volatility, low-density clear light color solvent serves as the best quality solvent for most of the Technicals. Due to the lower surface tension of the solvent, it also acts as an adjuvant helping in better & stable emulsion with improved wetting properties.

Other applications of Medium Aromatic Pesticides are:

PVC/Screen Inks & Reducers.

Stoving, Roller Coatings Metal and Can Coatings etc.

c) LOW AROMATIC SOLVENTS – AROSOLVE RANGE-L series

APL supplies a wide range of low aromatic solvents that are processed using state-of-the-art machines and latest technology. Our range of low aromatic solvents exhibit Low viscosity, low density, slow drying and good solvency.

These chemicals are widely used in various industries such as Adhesive, Paint, Resin, Thinner, Agro-chemicals, households' insecticides, fungicides, Textiles, cloth, paper and printing-processing Industry. These solvents also find use for Degreasing and cleaning purpose in machineries, machine spares manufacturing industries as ideal blending oil for industrial, automotive and specialty oil industries.

AROSOLVE- 1008

AROSOLVE 1008 is a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons comprised of C9 aromatic hydrocarbons with high solvency.

These are widely used in emulsifiers, surfactants, disinfectants, agrochemicals, water treatment chemicals, paint and coatings, oilfield chemicals ,laundry chemicals & rubber industry.

AROSOLVE - 120

AROSOLVE 120 is useful as an industrial chemical since it has high boiling point (approx. 240 - 250°C), slow evaporation rate & high flash point. Also it has low hazardous air pollutant & is relatively environmentally friendly. Combination of these factors finds aromatic solvent useful in many applications, such as high build coatings & printing inks, agro chemicals, oil field chemicals, fuel additives and emulsifiers & surfactants.

AROSOLVE - 100

AROSOLVE 100 is high boiling point aromatic hydrocarbon solvent used mainly in paints & coatings, printing inks and agro chemical industry.

Its flash point & evaporation rate is higher than that of Xylene & therefore imparts better flow & film formation thus it is useful in paint & coatings industry. It has no ethyl-benzene content & therefore widely recommended for environmentally friendly agrochemical & pesticide formulations.

AROSOLVE - 130

AROSOLVE 130 aromatic solvent, It's mixture of C12-C18 hydrocarbons with high solvency. It has high flash point and exempted from flammability labeling by IATA for transportation. Low Hazardous Air Pollutants & Environmental friendly solvent. High boiling point and slow evaporation.
